Talk Show host contends that the Administration and Members of Congress have placed themselves in a “state of war” with the people of these United States.

Republic, Missouri – December 17, 2009

Keith D. Miller the host of WGGRN’s conservative talk show, "America First" (WGGRN.COM), during his December 14, 2009show, contended that members of the Obama Administration and Congress have placed themselves in a “state of war” with the people of this nation. In justifying his comments he used excerpts from John Locke’s Second Treatise of Government.

"In Washington, DC, there exists a movement by members of Congress and the Administration to control and subvert the rights of the people that they were entrusted with when they were elected,” said Miller, "To put this whole situation into an even stronger statement of fact,” Miller continued, “these are people who have placed themselves and the Government at war with the people of these United states. They are the rebelannts. ”

Miller’s comments are part of his article that was posted on WGGRN’s companion site, HTTP://GRIZZLYGROUNDSWELL.COM at 7:00 am Sunday morning. The article relies heavily on the writings of Locke and his quotes of Hooker. In writing the article, Miller chose to name President Obama, Senator Harry Reid, and twenty eight sponsors or co-sponsors of the U.S House’s so-called Health Care Reform Bill. In making the decision of who to name, Miller stated, “As you and I both know this is not an all inclusive list nor is it intended to be. It is however, a list that is intended to call out at least these thirty people who have determined they will act outside the authority granted to them by the Constitution.”
